Being the local IT, I am supporting the employees as well as maintaining CIBER Sweden's local and cloud infrastructure, such as the CI/CD environment. I'm also the SPOC for service providers and I'm landing new deals with vendors, ensuring we can cut down on costs and still have an up to date technical environment.
Worked at Further AB for two months time, where I spent my days doing on-site client care visits, performed on-premise Exchange to Office 365 migrations did Wi-Fi deployments as well as helping the service desk and systems administrators with their workload.

Working as a service desk administrator, some of the daily tasks were laptop imaging, handling leased assets' lifecycles, mobile device setups and user account creation. Helping everyone, from the CEO to the restaurant and bakery empoyees with their daily tech mishaps.
Moved from Umeå to Stockholm to start working at Further AB at a temporary position. Administered both Windows and Linux servers, with roles such as Exchange and VPN. I was also a delegated admin for about 10 customers' Office 365 solutions. I was initially hired as a service desk employee, but after 4 months I got my permanent position and was also given the opportunity to act as an on-site team leader during various projects at multinational clients of different sizes (one with over 145 000 employees worldwide) on behalf of HCL. As an example, I was leading my team for some 2000+ client workstation OS deployments. I was also doing on-site support for various clients.

I was working as an 1st line support agent for Bredbandsbolaget's private customers for 6 months, handling about 60 incoming calls per day. Dealing with DSL, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, LTE and IPTV issues as well as invoice queries. After these 6 months, I applied for a role at Bredbandsexperten, which is Telenor's helpdesk for private customers where they pay 19SEK/minute. Also supported small to medium-sized enterprises with their connection issues. When I resigned from my position at Bredbandsexperten, I had a personal customer satisfaction rating above 96%.
